Zouk on Wednesday
This dance class runs on Wednesdays from 8:30pm to 9:30pm in Bulimba.
This amazing dance style is sweeping the world! Come and learn how to dance Zouk the way the Brazilian's do right here in Bulimba. It is fun, energetic, senual and looks and feels fantastic to dance!
What we would expect
We would expect that an intermediate level dancer is comfortable dancing all of the basic steps with a partner in the chosen dance style. They would also be happy to dance to slower and medium paced music. As a guide, approximately four months of previous dance experience in that style should be enough to join our ‘intermediate’ classes.

Your dance instructors
Daniel started teaching at Centro de Danca Jaime Arôxa, Rio de Janeiro in 2000. The school arguably has the best teaching methodology and is by far the biggest dance school in Brazil.
This makes Daniel the only dance instructor in Brisbane with years of actual instructing experience in Brazil.
In 2005, Carolyn moved to Rio de Janeiro to commence a full-time dance scholarship at the famous ‘Jaime Arôxa Dance Academy’ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She worked 10 – 12 hour days, 6 days per week.
Carolyn is known as ‘the Australian that taught the Brazilians how to dance’
Claire has been with Brazilian Soul from its beginnings.

The more dance classes per block you do, the cheaper it is per class.
