Daniel and Carolyn danced a medley mixed by "apprentice" DJ Scottie Walsh at the Sunshine Coast Latin Dance Club's Christmas Party 8 December 2012. Faced with choosing between requests for Soltinho, Tango, Zouk, and Bolero, they decided to combine all four styles into one dance.
