Are you interested in Latin dance? In getting fit? In meeting new people? You’ve come to the right place!
Below is some information that you may find useful. If you still have any questions, please contact us.
For our beginner classes you do not need any previous dance experience, you don’t even need to bring a partner. If you think you have two left feet, then it is our job to help you sort that out.
Your first class is free, so come and give it a try!
We would love to see you and teach you how to Latin dance the authentic way.
Do I need a partner?
No you do not need a partner to sign up for classes. We change partners constantly during each class, so if you come along on your own you will still have lots of people to dance with.
We will monitor the male/female ratio closely for each class and strive to keep it even.
I just finished my beginners class. Which class do I join now?
Our class progression
There is no end date to any class, so you will simply continue in your class, generally at the same time and place each block and with the same people. You will keep on learning more material to dance each block.
What dance styles do you teach?
We teach eight authentic Latin dance styles. All different, and all from South America. We have a style and class to suit everyone from the beginner to the experienced dancer.
Which class do I sign up for as a beginner?
In our timetable, see all the classes marked for beginners. Generally we have a new Beginners class starting every three months. We will advertise when the next course will start so you will get the chance to book your place.

Fitness Classes
Our fitness classes run for 45 minutes. We don’t teach any dance styles in these classes, so dance experience is not required.
Group Classes

Group classes run for 1 hour, and we have two instructors (one male, one female) to look after you.
